Berry-Green Smoothie

This morning I made the most perfect smoothie, I call it Berry-Green,  It's full of protein and all the good stuff greens and berries provide like vitamins and minerals.

Here is the recipe:

1 Tube soft soy (8.1oz)
1 cup raspberries ( you could use any berries)
1 cup water - or less if you like it thicker
1 large handful greens - I used organic baby spinach

Toss in blender and blend till smooth - Enjoy & Live Well!

Green Energy Smoothie

I made this after my morning workout today - excellent flavor, very rich and creamy!

You will need:


  • 1 small avocado
  • Handful of your favorite greens - I used organic baby spinach
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries - use whatever frozen fruit you want
  • Tulsi - Holly Basil (for it healing power - it's also a stress reducer!)
  • 1 serving Vega Smoothie Infuser
  • aprox 1 cup water - more or less depending on the consistency you want to achieve


Toss into a high speed blender - I LOVE my Breville!!

Then Blend and enjoy!!

Blueberry Pineapple Juice


1/2 a pineapple and 2 cups of blueberries in my Breville juicer, and I had the best juice ever!

Classic Sweet Carrot Juice
4-6 Large organic carrots
1-2 fuji apples - or whatever you have on hand
1-2 small juicing oranges

Grapefruit Juice 
3 large pink grapefruits
1-2 small juicing oranges
